We must learn, unlearn and relearn relationships. If we can do well in our “relationship course”, we can do well in almost any other one thing in life. Relationship management is about knowing when to play, about knowing when to fight, about knowing when to hold your peace, about knowing when to talk and most importantly about knowing when to accept defeat so you can win your friend and your “friends can win”
Relationship can be complicated and complex. Your best friend can become your worst enemy the next moment if you are not careful about managing each other. Our relationships either take us forward or backward. We must therefore audit our relationships from time to time
