How to get out Rat Race

  • Know your life purpose: Understanding purpose will deliver you from pursuing too many things…That does not satisfy.
  • Get rid of Rat mentality: Tell yourself that You are bigger than what you  be chasing. This will make you more stable and better composed for your life race. No one can intimidate you and no one can make you feel inferior because you are no longer “a Rat”
  • Avoid Comparison: Focus on your own journey rather than other people’s journey. Others  challenge you but avoid the temptation of competition that comes from comparison
  • Have a higher goal: Have a higher goal beyond acquisition of things. Touch lives.  Even if “you have nothing”, you can still walk around knowing that “you are something” by the virtue of lives you have touched.

In Rat Race, we are always on the Run even when we are asleep, we are never at Rest. Make a choice to run the Rat Race or to run your Life Race.
