Treat yourself so good that everybody wants to patronize you. Your primary concern is you. Until you are properly fixed, you cannot fix others. Until you take good care of yourself, you can’t look well after others. The treat you can’t give to yourself you cannot give to others

  • Laugh a lot
  • Develop and improve on yourself
  • Give yourself some good treat once in a while
