Fathers are not born, they are made. Where are Father’s made? Where is the Factory where fathers are manufactured? One of the greatest needs of our generation are the fathers who had been made. Fathers who had become “processed in the factory” are fathers who had become patronize-able products. A lot of Fathers are bad products that are not good for the market place.

Fathers are made but Fathers are not “Ready-made”. Fathers are “made for real” right on the job. There are no schools where fatherhood is a course. Schools for fathers are the very place where what is taught is to be applied. It is loud in a baby factory. A notable characteristics of father’s factory is its silence. Fathers are made in silence. Father’s factory is the home where they are to be role models. Father’s factory is the street corners where they are expected to be exemplary leaders, Father’s factory is the market place where they are looked up to for direction. Fathers are made on the job.

Fatherhood is learned by practice. Practicing what is either good or bad. The very factory where fathers are made is the very factory where fathers are needed. Fathers are made by trials and errors. Every father is a work in progress however old. The faster a father can admit and learn from his errors. The quicker “his production”. When you see a Father who appeared to know his job so well. You are only seeing a father who had learnt his lessons so well.

Because every father is a work in progress. We must forgive their errors very quickly so they don’t drop out of training to become irresponsible fathers. Don’t give up on Fathers in your life. They are products under process in the factory. Every father is unique just as every product is. Do not compare one father to the other.

Fathers are customized for their role in their home, so no two fathers are the same. Every father is made for his own home. Fathers can enhance their own making by studying, by observation, by networking, by comparing notes with other fathers, by mentorship, by playing with the kids, by spending time with their wives, by listening and by praying. Fathers most valuable production tool is patience. Fathers are made by patience.
