We do not stand out until we choose to stand tall even where every other person stoops low – Femi Adediran, 2020.

The less you pay attention to what others are doing and pay more attention to what you are doing, the better you will become as a person – Femi Adediran, 2020.

When you become focused on what others do or do not do, you will soon lose your focus to focus on others’ focus – Femi Adediran, 2020.

Role models don’t think about following others, they think about how to chart the road for others -Femi Adediran, 2020.

Don’t fall into the error of generalization, not everybody is doing it. At least one person is not doing it. Be the person. Stand out – Femi Adediran, 2020

When you realize that you are the reference point,  you will work harder to be the right reference – Femi Adediran, 2020

  • Everybody cuts corner
  • Everybody tells lies
  • Everybody is struggling
  • Everybody have health issues
  • Everybody is doing it

But the truth is, it’s not about everybody, it’s about you first and foremost. What is it about you? That you do it does not mean everyone is doing it and that it happened to you does not mean it happens to everybody. The less you pay attention to what others are doing and pay more attention to what you are doing, the better you will become as a person

When you become focused on what others do or do not do, you will soon lose your focus to focus on others focus. When you become preoccupied with General, you’re most likely to lose your individuality. Role models don’t think about following others, they think about how to chart the road for others. When you realize that you are the reference point, you will work harder to be the right reference. We do not stand out until we choose to stand tall even where every other person stoop low

If you must live as a role model, you must get out of the general psyche and live as an individual. If People must look up to you, you must be ahead of the people living beyond the general opinion. You  not be celebrated but you will be respected. It might be a general disease but not everybody is diseased. It might be a common practice but it’s not practiced by everybody. That a race or tribe has been tagged bad does not make an individual from the race/tribe bad. Our life is first and foremost personal.

Generalization is compromising our peculiarities. Until you walk in the understanding of your peculiarities, you will never be freed from the plague of generalism. When we become lost in general opinion, we  never be able to find our own voice

Don’t fall into the error of generalization, not everybody is doing it. At least one person is not doing it. Be the person. Stand out.
